Internal move

If you wish to move internally at Nybrogård Kollegiet, you can contact the Secretariat and sign up for one or more of the internal waiting lists. There are four different waiting lists:

• The waiting list for ordinary rooms
• The waiting list for extra large rooms
• The waiting list for apartments for couples who already live at Nybrogård Kollegiet
• The waiting list for apartments if you wish to move in with a partner who lives outside of Nybrogård Kollegiet

Please contact the Secretariat via e-mail () or in the GH basement in our opening ours to sign up for the waiting lists. Note which rooms/apartments you wish to sign up for. For example: All (uneven) apartments, all NO and GH rooms, all rooms except for AB and ST, etc. If you wish to move to an apartment, please state the name and e-mail address of both you and your partner.

To sign up for the waiting lists, you need to fill out these forms, and send them to the Secretariat via e-mail (). The forms are for apartments, rooms and are in both danish and english.

Due to maintenance, you will have to pay rent on your old and new room/apartment for 14 days after moving internally.
